I have been watching a lot of videos regarding religions and have been reading a lot about the religions since many years. What ever I discovered was really shocking and as well as pleasing to me. If you take a look into the ancient theories of every religion, you will find that each and every other religion says almost same things. For example each religion says that the mankind was born through Adam and Eve; it's just that each and every religion has different names and different theories for them. If almost every religion says same things and spreads same thoughts to every human being; then why people always fight in the name of religion?

I'm certainly no expert on this, but Judaism, Christianity and Islam all share common roots with Christianity building on Judism and Islam building on both. That is the reason they share many of the same stories and beliefs and together they account for 64% of everyone who follows a religion. I'm not familiar with any similarities with Hinduism, Buddhism and others.
Of course we each also have different beliefs that we feel are very fundamental, but I don't think anyone here would argue it's a reason for violence or that God would have us try to convert anyone by force.
